At Handi Xpress, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our food is freshly prepared for every order, refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The restaurant is unable to fulfil the order.
  • A verified issue with the order, such as receiving an incorrect item or a genuine quality concern.

Please note:

  • Refund requests must be reported within 30 Minutes of receiving the order.
  • Depending on the situation, Handi Xpress may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and Handi Xpress reserves the right to make the final decision.

Cancellation Policy :

At Handi Xpress, all orders are freshly prepared after confirmation to ensure the best quality and taste. Since our food is made to order, cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made within 5 minutes of placing the order and the preparation has not yet begun.
  • Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
  • Handi Xpress reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once food preparation has started.
